Position: Sourcing Manager – North America

You will be part of Mulberri’s delivery team and contribute to execution of delivery plans and management of day-to-day service performance across customer accounts.

Role Definition

You will primarily lead strategic sourcing and support account management activity across assigned customer accounts. Sourcing activity comprises data analytics, opportunity assessment and sourcing pipeline management though to execution of eRFX events (full tenders, auctions, RFQs etc.) and quick bids, negotiating commercial terms to secure best value outcomes. The role also includes supporting BuyDesk operations through tactical purchasing activity to ensure fast, responsive execution for day-to-day sourcing needs. You will define and manage account delivery plans including pipeline, opportunity assessment, operating cadence and reporting, and you will be accountable for tracking and communicating savings, service performance and overall delivery status. You will work closely with internal teams to support deployment and adoption of Mulberri tools, processes and content, and contribute to the continuously of Mulberri delivery methods. The role includes supporting business expansion activity within customer accounts, including identifying extension opportunities across portfolio companies and contributing to prospect conversations, proposals and presentations to help grow Mulberri’s potential within existing and new customers.   • Leading delivery of sourcing, purchasing and procurement activity including intake management, supplier discovery, quote and bid activity, supplier negotiation, award recommendations and issue resolution.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships and commercial terms with partners and suppliers, including supplier onboarding and performance management.
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities and managing execution across tactical and strategic workstreams, balancing speed and quality of delivery.
  • Supporting business expansion activity within private equity, including identifying extension opportunities across portfolio companies and contributing to prospect conversations, proposals and presentations.

Role Definition

You will be a member of the Mulberri delivery team supporting sourcing and procurement operations across Private Equity customer accounts and their portfolio companies. This is an analyst role focused on creating tangible value for customers through data analytics, opportunity assessment, and project execution support, delivering clear savings and process optimization outcomes. You will work closely with Sourcing Managers to support strategic sourcing strategy and delivery. Core activity centers on performing spend analytics, benchmarking analysis, market analysis, building and maintaining sourcing project pipelines, and supporting execution of eRFX events (full tenders, auctions, RFQs etc.) and quick bids. The role also includes supporting wider analysis of account performance and adhoc analyses. The scope of the role extends beyond core sourcing analytics support to incorporate spend and opportunity analytics, supplier and market research, savings and throughput performance tracking, reporting and insight generation, and ad hoc analytics to support customer and internal leadership needs.
