Sourcing Pipeline is your sourcing project management tool. Each opportunity flows through our 5-Step Sourcing methodology where we match spend to Mulberri GPO deals or compete spend through our eRFX platform. Resulting savings are captured in Spend Analytics where we track and report savings and compliance.

Mulberri delivers managed eSourcing services to execute strategic sourcing events across the portfolio to secure savings across all types of direct and indirect spend using our eRFX platform. Mulberri augments the capabilities of your team to address more spend to accelerate savings.

Cost optimization opportunities from the Sourcing Pipeline are sourced in our eRFX platform with sourcing events executed adhering to our proven 5-Step Sourcing Process.

Scope and bidders is agreed the customer for each sourcing event, with Mulberri providing recommendations on contract award based on defined evaluation criteria that meet the needs of the customer.

Once the customer has selected their preferred supplier then Mulberri issues the award notification to the successful bidder and facilitates the contracting process.
